A&H sit and stretch
Using the support of chairs, come and stretch, breathe, and relax with low intensity gentle activities. Each class is designed to improve your strength, flexibility and balance for everyday life.
Heart Foundation walking
There are more than 20 free, weekly walks offered across the Gold Coast. Trained volunteers and organisers from the Heart Foundation, in partnership with City of Gold Coast, offer walking groups led by local residents. Need some support and motivation? You can receive a free six week, personal walking plan to match your current activity level, delivered via weekly emails, text and videos. Complete the two minute sign up process at walking.heartfoundation.org.au
PISE, Adapted Strength and Conditioning
We pride ourselves on providing barrier-free facilities and inclusive programs, which means we’re at the ready to adapt any program to your needs. These programs were designed specifically for individuals who required adapted equipment or training – although wheelchair basketball is open to any individuals who would like to participate!
