If you love working with people, you’ll love working with Great Mates. We’re always on the lookout for like-minded individuals to join us.

At Great Mates, we understand the importance of doing life together. To us, a mate is having someone to celebrate good times with, a shoulder for support during the not-so-good and just being there when we need them most. It’s not always easy to take the first step to meet others, especially when living with a disability. We’re here to make a positive difference by fostering a community where everyone can feel safe, cherished and welcome – no matter if you’re a participant, family member or part of our team.

We believe there’s always room for improvement and that the best growth is achieved when you’re working together with others. We encourage all fellow Great Mates to continuously challenge themselves to grow professionally and as individuals. We’ll support you on this journey with industry leading training and a long-term career with plenty of opportunity for progression. We’re in this together.

We like to keep things exciting. There’s always something to do at Great Mates, whether it is our activity-packed conferences or quarterly hangouts. We’re proud of the great culture we’ve built and we wouldn’t have it any different. Plus you can soak up the sun on the job with our Queensland location. What’s not to love?
