Our Community Nurses

If you’re recovering from an injury or need support for a long-term illness or chronic condition, it’s important that you receive the best care, right away. At Great Mates, we work alongside a team of Registered Nurses with plenty of experience working in the community and with NDIS participants. Our community nurses provide knowledgeable and respectful care that will help you get back to living your life to the fullest.

Community nursing care is a program that provides in-home nursing support to NDIS participants with complex medical or physical needs. Your care is overseen by a Registered Nurse with plenty of experience working in the community with people from different cultures and backgrounds.
